Oculus configuration utility - languages

Hello,
I am a developer of program that use Oculus Rift and will be used by elder people who can have a problem with English. Is there any way to translate Oculus Configuration Utility (with scene to measure IPD)? Is Oculus team going to provide translation into another languages in future?

EDIT:
It would be great if I could run IPD measure scene for default profile from command line. Is it possible?
