Oculus Development Class
Anybody planning to put together a class, presentation, or youtube video that discusses developing for the Oculus Rift? It's been awhile since I did much dev work, but am looking to get back into it as a hobby and implement some ideas I have for developing for the Rift. I would love to partake in a primer on developing for the Rift, though, and thought I would see if anybody has done, or is doing, anything along these lines.

Oculus has been adding some key articles to help people gain perspective on the "behind the scenes" approach. Basically, a technical baseline.
Best start might be on helping eliminate simulation sickness by developing for VR:

I think classes and training would be too vague to actually develop from the ground up. Understanding the principles of developing for VR is probably the best approach.
Getting too detailed would be like trying to count stars with the naked eye - 3D modelling and Game Engines are so diverse and plentiful (and many already have tutorials; just add spice [OVR SDK] ) it would be pretty hard to teach in a timely manner.
Understand the fundamentals foremost. That is something I could see a class being built around.
