Offline Installer

Adding in my vote for an offline installer.   I work in a SCIF and there is NO option for an online driver installer. We own 4 DK1's, 4 DK2's, 4 CV1's (Which we are struggling to use) with a potential...

Just FYI, in order to make it work I had to copy the folder "OculusSetup-DownloadCache" after the entire app was installed and before it's removed by the installer, basically, at the specific moment before pressing continue on the successful installation message. If you do the kill process procedure, it won't work.
