- cyberealityGrand ChampionWhat engine are you using?
Are you certain you're using the correct units (in Unity I think it's 1 unit = 1 meter)?
How have you modified the Oculus SDK/integration (for example, scaling objects)? - MonarkyHonored GuestI am using Unity 3D Pro 4.2 I believe its the latest one out
I don't understand ..
what do you mean by Units
how do I judge units and Meters in Unity 3d ?
as far as Scaling ..I have just been Eye Balling it
that's why I got back on the Forums to find a way to make everything look right
Thanks so much for the Help
8-) - MorbidDonkeyHeroic ExplorerHey Monarky. I am trying to completely understand your problem. Would you mind posting a screencap of:
- The Oculus views of being close and being far for the pilot within Unity
- a screencap of the model in Blender
Seeing these may help us figure out your problem.
As far as what cyberreality is saying if you look at the Scale within Unity, Unity uses "UNITS" as for its scale which closely resembles "Meters". So (1) Unity Unit = (1) Meter. Knowing this will allow you to judge distance between objects within your 3D software.
