Perspective

Hey Monarky. I am trying to completely understand your problem. Would you mind posting a screencap of:
- The Oculus views of being close and being far for the pilot within Unity
- a screencap of the model in Blender
Seeing these may help us figure out your problem.
As far as what cyberreality is saying if you look at the Scale within Unity, Unity uses "UNITS" as for its scale which closely resembles "Meters". So (1) Unity Unit = (1) Meter. Knowing this will allow you to judge distance between objects within your 3D software.
