Please stop supporting "Extended Mode"!

Hi, IHMO the last weeks showed very clearly that the ongoing support for rendering to the Rift by extending your desktop (and rotating it 90°) was a mistake. Made in good intentions, sure, but none...

I've been unable to make Direct video mode work with my win32 OpenGL game.
Only Extended-Desktop mode works for me.
So please keep it in until all platforms and all graphics APIs can do direct.
