Possible with the SDK to alter sensors result for Motion cancellation ?

Hi,

I was wondering before going too deep into learning the SDK if it is possible to alter the reading of the sensors?

My ultimate goal is to *try* to make a Motion cancellation software so I can use the Rift with my motion simulator.

Is it possible? or we can only get the values from the sensor and not push anything?
