Interesting project, the positional tracking looks far better than in current smartphones. And I'm loving the environment mapping.
Imagine being able to walk around a virtual representation of your surroundings in real-time...! (In the Rift of course).

- this sounds exciting but i'd be wondering how practical it would be to use it. if it's something that you can easily step in to and use on a day-to-day level, that'd be great.
