Quest Link PCVR/Steam VR Screen tearing, not a clear image, saying its not compatible with specs

PC specs

RTX 3050

12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400 2.50 GHz

16.0 GB RAM

Windows 11

Blurry image with Horizontal lines 

I have tried updating my drivers windows updates setting the resolution too the lowest and still it looks blurry I cleaned lens multiple times. The image looks clear on my monitor put when i put on my headset it looks blurry I don't know if its my PC or my headset

    Hey there, DeathM! We entirely understand your frustration with the display quality. This is something we don't like to hear because it interferes with your VR experience, but rest assured that we will guide you in the right direction to get this resolved. If you haven't already. We'll leave some steps below to help you deal with issues with the PC app. Please let us know how it goes so that we can evaluate if any more steps are required.

     

    1. Disconnect the Rift/Link cable from the computer.
    2. Disconnect your computer from the internet.
    3. Backup any necessary content.
    4. Reboot into Safe Mode.
    5. Uninstall Oculus PC app using the Control Panel.
    6. Delete all Oculus folders from the following folder:
      • C:\Program Files
    7. Remove any Oculus folders from the following locations:
      • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData
      • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\Local
      • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\LocalLow
      • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\Roaming
      • C:\OculusSetup-DownloadCache
    8. Restart your computer in normal mode.
    9. Reconnect your computer to the internet.
    10. Install Oculus PC app again using the setup tool from our website here.
    11. Reconnect the Rift/Link cable and re-test the headset.
    12. Disconnect the Rift/Link cable from the computer.
    13. Disconnect your computer from the internet.
    14. Backup any necessary content.
    15. Reboot into Safe Mode.
    16. Uninstall Oculus PC app using the Control Panel.
    17. Delete all Oculus folders from the following folder:
      • C:\Program Files
    18. Remove any Oculus folders from the following locations:
      • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData
      • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\Local
      • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\LocalLow
      • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\Roaming
      • C:\OculusSetup-DownloadCache
    19. Restart your computer in normal mode.
    20. Reconnect your computer to the internet.
    21. Install Oculus PC app again using the setup tool from our website here.
    22. Reconnect the Rift/Link cable and re-test the headset.
