Refresh Rate and Persistence in SDK 0.3.x

Hello,

at the moment I´m working with DK one but I can hardly wait to get DK2.
Thus I´m going through the options I´ll gain using DK2.

The specs give different parameters for the refresh rate of 75, Hz, 72 Hz and 60Hz and the persistence of 2ms, 3ms and full persistence.

How do these parameters have to be combined? Can i also use 75Hz with full persistence for example?
And how will I set this?

    Funny I was about to make my first post on the same very topic... I'm curious if I need to upgrade my monitor to something that is capable of 75hz to achieve full persistence, that appears to be the case? And if so, does the monitor also need 3ms or 2ms response time to achieve full persistence?

    And can I dual monitor with a 60hz and and 75hz and just get oculus to use the 75hz...?
  • The monitor does not need to support the same modes as the Rift does.
