Rift s wont let me turn on developer mode

im not sure if im dumb or in wrong chat but i follow every yt tutorial and i cant get my rift s in developer mode i will go on my phone and there is no more options

    connect your headset with the app eg switch on the headset & wait for the green circle to appear on the Oculus app, then you'll have additional settings as per that headset just underneath where it will say your Oculus Rift S.
