SDK 0.4.0 disable IR LEDs

I realize this seems like a strange request, but is it possible to programmatically turn off the built-in IR LEDs of the DK2 using the SDK? We currently use our own wide area IR LED based optical tracking system with the DK1 to track position. However, the built-in IR LEDs of the DK2 are now interfering with the tracking system. Just curious if this is possible or if it's planned in a future SDK update. Thanks.
