SDK 0.4 Documentation

Is there any documentation of the SDK 0.4. By documentation I mean a document listing the specification of functions, classes, class structure and so on. Javadoc for java or Sphinx and Epydoc for python are tools that generate such documentation automatically. I'm not a C programmer, but quick search showed me that doxygen does the job for C. Is such a documentation available anywhere?

What Oculus provides as a developer documentation I would call a "getting started" guide and it's not what I'm looking for.
