SDK distortion renderer doesn't restore full state
At least for the DirectX 9 distortion renderer, it does NOT seem to restore the entire state that it changes. For example, it doesn't restore what shaders, vertex/index buffers, or textures were set to before the call to ovrHmd_EndFrame.
If it won't be fixed, then please at least document what it doesn't restore.
