sensors can't track headset rift s error
Ive been trying to set up a rift s headset, i get past the first setup step, cables connected correctly but when i get to the sensor check, it keeps giving me this error:
Ive tried troubleshooting for hours but nothing seems to work, and the only thing i see in the headset is the loading screen with 3 dots. Does anyone have any advice or tools that i can use to fix this issue, or any way that i can get meta support because when i try to submit a ticket, i have to put in the rift s serial number but the system doesnt recognize it. Please help me with this issue meta or readers.

Hardware Checks1. *Restart your computer and Oculus Rift S*: Sometimes, a simple reboot resolves the issue.
2. *Check sensor connections*: Ensure all sensors are securely connected to your computer.
3. *Verify sensor placement*: Position sensors at least 3-4 feet apart, facing the play area, and above eye level.
4. *Clean sensor lenses*: Dust or debris may interfere with tracking. Use a soft cloth and water to clean the lenses.
Software Troubleshooting
1. *Update Oculus software*: Ensure you're running the latest version.
2. *Update graphics drivers*: Outdated drivers may cause issues. Update your GPU drivers.
3. *Disable and re-enable Oculus Rift S*: In Oculus settings, disable the Rift S and re-enable it.
4. *Reset Oculus Rift S*: Go to Oculus Settings > Devices > Rift S > Advanced Settings > Reset Sensor Tracking.
Advanced Troubleshooting
1. *Check for conflicts with other devices*: Other USB devices might interfere with Rift S sensors. Try disconnecting non-essential devices.
2. *Update firmware*: Visit the Oculus website for firmware updates.
3. *Run Oculus Debug Tool*: Download and run the Oculus Debug Tool to diagnose issues.
4. *Reinstall Oculus software*: Completely uninstall and reinstall Oculus software.
Common Fixes
1. *Sensor channel mismatch*: Ensure sensors are configured correctly in Oculus settings.
2. *Incorrect room scale setup*: Reconfigure room scale settings.
3. *Firmware issues*: Update sensor firmware
