Skip PC VR setup everyday through headset!
We wanted to use Quest (have v2 currently) headsets for showroom VR, but they have proved too complex for none-IT users to deal with, even if you are accustomed to PC tech the way you have to put on ...

Howdy!
I understand you're wanting to default your device to PC link instead of having to enable it whenever you start up your device. There is actually a setting within the developer settings in your headset called "USB Link Auto-Connect" that automatically starts a USB link session when your headset connects to a PC running the Quest PC app.
To access this feature, you'll need to enable developer mode and enable the custom developer settings. I'll attach some of our documentation below that goes over how to do this, including how to create a developer organization, enable developer mode, and enable the custom developer settings.
Hopefully you found some of that helpful, and please feel free to let me know if you have any questions!

Do you have to use the app with each device to setup developer mode or you can just go to the settings on any device with the same developer account and access the developer settings?

Hey Andyz25!
I'm glad you brought that up, yes every device that you want to enable the "USB Link Auto-Connect" setting needs to have developer mode enabled. However, once you've created and verified your developer organization, you should be able to enable developer mode for every device you have connected to your Meta Horizon app.
That said, you'll need to make sure every device you want to use this feature with is connected to your Meta Horizon app. If you need to add any more devices to your app, you can select the "Connect new device" option at the bottom of your Devices tab. I'll include a picture below for reference (you should see all of your devices listed as in the picture below, and if not you'll need to "Connect new device").
Once you have all your devices connected to the app, you can select each device in-app and go to Headset Settings -> Developer Mode -> and select the toggle. With that enabled you should be able to connect your devices via PSVR, go into the Developer Settings in your headset (Settings -> Advanced -> Developer -> Enable developer settings) and enable the "USB Link Auto-Connect" on each device. With that enabled, every device you have connected via PSVR should automatically connect via link when the device starts up.
Let me know if you were able to get them to work, and if not feel free to give me a heads up and we can investigate further!-G
