Yes dont work, i have 2 videofiles, Virtualdesktop wants 1 File with booth.

I render the left and right views to separate videos, then bring them both into AfterEffects (or similar compositing software) the render out the stereo movie.

You can use Stereo Movie Maker to convert LR files into SBS.

The default format in 3d players require one input/file in top/bottom or side by side format. That is the standard. We are almost done with our player and we did it like that as well. Use ffmpeg to turn your 2 videos in one.
