Touch Controller hand assets
I think I heard at Oculus Connect 2 that the models used to render the hands for Touch controllers would be made available to developers. Is that correct? How can we download them to use in UE4 or Unity?

- hamishtodd1Honored GuestJust want to add that I'm very keen to hear about this too!
- hamishtodd1Honored GuestIt looks like this guy made the things:
- GSSExplorerthat would be cool. vive has already done it for their controllers so oculus is kinda lagging behind with that
- kevingullingExplorerCan developers purchase the Touch controllers yet? I wouldn't want to make an asset for it without being able to test it.
- hamishtodd1Honored GuestSorry to bump but are we anywhere with this?
- chrisnoletExplorerI'm also interested in this - specifically for Unity. (I think the original assets were built for UE4). I'm already implementing Touch support, alas without having the hardware to properly test it, with the latest Oculus Utilities.
It would be good to get as much in place as possible now so we don't have to rework too much when the Touch lands! - dsky9Honored Guestbump. where are the hand assets for unity dev?
- RonnyBulletExpert Protegeis there something like this for unreal too? :/
