Touch controller "shoulder" buttons?
What physical button does the "ovrButton_RShoulder" and "ovrButton_LShoulder" flags correspond to? I'm playing around with the touch controllers and I'm not seeing these bits ever being set. Are they not a part of the dev kits?

- Aren't the shoulder buttons just the main triggers?
- I'm not seeing that. The trigger buttons appear to be analog and only affect the "IndexTrigger" field. I tried the Oculus World Demo and that does not report the shoulder button being pressed either.
- That actually may be an error in the docs, As far as I can see, the triggers don't register as buttons. Let me check with the team and get the docs updated in case it's an error. Thanks.
