"Under Review" for the past 4 weeks & no communication, help
Hi there,
We submitted a test version to the developer portal 4 weeks ago and haven't received any communication about it so far. The status has been "under review" ever since we submitted it. I opened two support tickets to get some more clarity about the submission procedure and again no response whatsoever. Not sure what to do now?

- cyberealityGrand ChampionSadly, you might have to wait a little longer. Submissions will be looked at but I believe we are a little behind.
Thanks. - RazTOOHonored GuestWe're in the same boat here. Thanks for the info Cyber.
- WelbyAdventurerSame here.. now it's almost 5 weeks
- philedayMemberSame here, submitted on the 22 December.
I submitted as quickly as I could so I could see my program on the store and then work into it's presentation or get feedback for a rejected application and submit changes as soon as I can. I was also hoping to be able to get an early CV1 so I can test and adapt my player 'Whirligig' to take advantage of the remote, screen res an establish a minimum system requirements.
It's reassuring to hear others are in the same position as me. Hopefully people will start to get feedback soon. - MatlockHonored GuestWhat file type are they expecting for the upload? I tried a .zip file, but it said there was an error
- ashleypinnickHonored GuestI submitted a build 22 December as well, and am still waiting. Opened 2 support tickets and contacted someone I met at Connect who works in Developer Relations, all with no response so far. It's reassuring to hear I'm not the only one. Like phileday said, I too submitted as soon as possible for testing, adaptation, and in case of initial rejection/unanticipated feedback. Really hoping to hear from someone soon!
Btw matlock, I submitted a .zip file and did not receive an error. Hope you sort it out! - philedayMemberAre people still in this situation? Mine is still "Under Review" and I submitted it on the 22 of December.
I know I replied earlier in this post but as I still haven't received any communication I'm interested to know how many others are in the same situation as me.
My App by the way is "Whirligig" which is a video player for a large variety of formats. It does a load of other things but that is the thing that people will know it for. Website is www.whirligig.xyz - Arck-ProjectHonored GuestCame looking for answers about my project I submitted 2 weeks ago. Looks like I'm not even halfway through the queue. If the approval process is going to be this slow, could you guys at least implement a queue counter or something to show people their position in the "under review" line?
- cyberealityGrand ChampionYes, we are behind in the queue so please be patient. Thank you.

Do you know if i'm going to update my app that is under review if i'm gonna lose my "queue" position?
Or it just update the build before Oculus can take a look? I'd be interested to know it so at least i can update it since that build is now old of almost 2 months :P
