Using Touch without Rift - possible ?

I don't have Rift yet and before I get it, I'd like to get Touch and use it without Rift until I get one (obviously I'd be able to look forward on the screen and not look around, but at least I could work out motion controls for my app/game).

Is it possible to use Touch without Rift with UE4 ?
