Virtual hand grabbing objects using Razer Hydra
Hi there!
In the past months I have been working to get my virtual hands interact with the environment. I am working on virtual time travel and in my opinion it is essential that you can interact with the environment realistically when have travelled to the past.
I am now able to to pick up objects and move objects which are connected with hinges. Especially the latter is important because a lot of moveable objects are actually connected with hinges like doors, levers, knobs etc.
There are still a few issues and improvements to make, but I can safely state that the concept is working:

- genetransferExplorerlooking great, it's hard work doing this kind of thing but it really is a lot of fun with gameplay like this.
- GrahamHHonored GuestThat looks very good ... one of the first things I have seen that makes me think I might want to get a hydra ! ... If I get one I will tell my wife to blame you.
- cyberealityGrand ChampionNice work.
