Visual Purple - Recurring BYOC VR Dev meetup in Dallas TX
We are starting a recurring Virtual Reality development meet up in Dallas, TX. Every two weeks we are inviting VR developers, and those looking to get started in VR development, to come out and work on solving VR development problems and to developer their own content in a cooperative working environment. While this event started out of a desire to solve VR software challenges, it isn't just for software developers and researchers. Content developers and artist trying to solve issues related to VR are also welcome and encouraged to attend.

- Are you guys going to open up some kind of livestream where I could probably join you? I sadly cannot go to TX for the next few months for several issues yet it does sound fun.

Hi John, We hadn't planed on having a livestream. Might be a good idea to see if we can get that setup. We are only going to have a few presentations as most of the event is focused around development but it might be good to have a livestream so others can "participate". Also might be good to get a chat or IRC going for the event. Great idea we will see what we can do. We may not get it setup for the first event but will see what we can do.
