Voice Commands (requires .Net 4.5)
So was looking at UE4 and adding voice commands. Found that you don't need a 3rd party, such as the dragon api).
Found the system call on msdn, system.speech
It looks like it can be used for both speech synthesis and speech control.
Figured I'd share, as this is the first I've heard about it.

- IridiumStudiosHonored GuestSystem.Speech requires .NET 3.5, to my knowledge, not 2.0.
- saviorntProtegeWas it 3.5? Damn getting old, my memory is failing me ><
Just checked on it, looks like I was a bit off in my OP; it requires .Net 4.5
