VR Dashboard

Hi there. I am a student looking to create an application, similar to that of HELLO V that displays a UI Dashboard as an overlay for any VR Game but am unsure how to go about this. Does anyone know where a good place to start would be? Cheers.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply! I may however, have been unclear about what I
    actually am trying to accomplish. I want to build an application that
    starts up when another application is run inside the Oculus Rift. My
    application would then display a UI Dashboard over top of the existing
    application, similar to that of V! I read somewhere that to achieve
    this, the application would need to be injected in during run-time but
    am unsure wether this is true or how I would go about this.
