VR Gloves (my project)

I made some data gloves a few years ago. This is a picture of a finished glove
I used some light tubes with IR led's and sensors to detect the amount of bend in each finger. And I used a single dsPIC33F4013 chip to read 2 gloves. Worked great for a while, but I found my home built bend sensors and circuits were pretty unreliable and I ended up scrapping it.
I have been waiting and wanting some decent data gloves ever since so I would back your design if you come up with a nice, neat and robust prototype.
