Waiting patiently for my oculus touch

I had pre-ordered the rift and did everything I needed to do to tie that to my oculus touch pre-order that I put in and I haven't had any communication on it since the email to update payment and shipping address. 
I've also had a ticket in over 28 hours asking about the status of my pre-order and haven't gotten a reply besides the automated one when I put it in.
I really love that I could have bought one yesterday and already received it today from amazon or best buy... 

oh and I pre-ordered the touch on the 13th of October. so three days late, but I was suppose to have my spot saved since I had pre-ordered the RIFT

Touch received yesterday. Je te dis ça je dis rien :)

Yeah i should've ordered from Amazon.com  because now payment on hold and I called my bank and sent in a ticket to oculus. It's starting to look like I won't get mine no time soon.

Finally the  13th by end of day can't wait.

I got mine today. On a related note, I read that Medium is free for Touch users, but on the Oculus Store, it says $29.95. I thought maybe a code for downloading would be included in the Touch box. I didn't get a code in an email for Medium, although I did get one for two other games. How is the Store supposed to know I purchased the Touch?

i had a single redeem for unspoken and vr-wii-sport-challenge. But in my list of not installed, i have medium :)

Idk yet will let you know 

The store will know based on Touch serial number. If you paired a new Touch controller that was not paired on another system / account, it will unlock Touch content (Dead and Buried, Medium, Quill) for free.
