Which version of runtime I need? (and version of firmware.)

I have an oculus DK2. How to determine which version of runtime(and firmware) I need?

Is it true, that firmware #12  is the most recent? If not, post a link please.

    Download Oculus Home, the latest runtime is in there: oculus.com/setup
