Who do we contact for submission support?

I was wondering if there was a way to get support for submissions.  We had QA send our submission back with a couple issues that we can't reproduce, and we've emailed Submissions@oculus.com a few times to try to get better reproduction steps.  However, we haven't received a response to any of the emails, so I wanted to see if there was a different preferred way to get support for our title.

Has anyone else had success contacting submissions?
