  • I installed the latest softwar (1.3.2 - as suggested via your link) on my DK2, uninstalling all the old one, but my DK2 is no longer seen and non of the software I developed will run on it. When activating "play" in Unity5, with the headset connected, the program crashes. If I were to revert back to 0.8 will the software I develop in Unity run on the new Rift (CV1)?
  • You have to also update the Unity plugin to use the new version. 0.8 built content won't work. And 0.8 content won't work on the consumer Rift or even with DK2 using the consumer software.
  • I was pleasantly surprised with the latest NVidia driver and Oculus 1.30 runtime update at how well my DK2 is performing, no more shutter lag, after images within the VR worlds I am developing or the few programs I have bought in the Oculus Store.  Works well even on my under performing Desktop (with an old NVidia Geforce GTX 750) I have so far downloaded a few of the more exceptional applications like The Climb, Adr1ft and Ethan Carter (amazing realism). No complaints as I wait for my official Oculus Rift and see how it performs before upgrading my system.
