adb install prompts success but app not seen on "unknown sources"
Hi. I've managed to install and run successfully a small test app. however, I've now built a larger app and went through the same pipeline, while adb install is successful, I don't see the app in library. if I try to uninstall I get: Exception occurred while dumping: (unknown package)
what am I missing?

- If you haven't already done it, Go to Unity Window/Package Manager and select and install Oculus Android package, which then allows Unity to properly install the APK. You probably already know that the "unknown sources" sometimes needs a refresh (Apps back to Unknown Sources) to refresh it's menu to show the most recently installed APK.
- Thanks for your reply... I did install the oculus android package, and did several refresh iterations.... so, I'm still in the dark... ( btw just to mention, it's unity 2019.1.4f1
