Add QR code functionality to the Oculus Quest API

The HoloLens 2 has a great solution to activating QR code input.
It detects a QR code in the environment. There's a hovering outline and activation icon, so you can push it like a button, and it'll offer the option to open the web link. This is completely safe, and opt-in oriented. It would be even more amazing if the QR objects were tracked and something an app could simply use as a quick input alternative.
