Age Limit for Developing?

Hi! I have an idea for an app I want to develop for the quest 2 but I’m not sure if there’s an age limit. I’m 13 and just want to mess around with developing an app but want to make sure there isn’t an age limit somewhere in the system that will prevent me from developing/publishing the app. Anyone know about a limit? Thanks!
