Allow USB debug not showing up

I have dev mode on and whenever I plug my Oculus into my computer it doesn't show the USB debugging prompt like it should. When my oculus developer hub tries to connect it just says that it's not being allowed to because USB debugging isn't on, I would like to fix this but if anyone knows how to get a APK files running on an Oculus without USB debugging I would appreciate that too.

    Hallo, mit der App Mobile vr Station ist es möglich apk's zu installieren!

    Um ins Entwickler menü zu kommen habe ich den Activity Launcher installiert darüber lässt er sich öffnen und man kann das USB debugging aktivieren!

    Wenn du ohne PC apk Dateien direkt auf die Brille installieren willst musst du das debugging über WiFi zulassen!

    Bei Youtube sind einige Videos dazu!

    Ich Installiere alles ohne PC direkt auf die Meta Quest!

    Zum Beispiel Sidequest, Games optimizer,  Android apk's (Spiele) das funktioniert problemlos!
