Android 12, All files access
Ok, so with the new android upgrade, accessing you stored files is a nightmare.
- Files copied over via USB cord are not showing, MP4, JPG, GIF
- Files downloaded via the Browser are not appearing in downloads
- If my app writes the file to downloads, it appears
I've been trying to get android.permission.MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE to work, but it's not working, app crashes when requesting it. My app is a file manager, so... it needs file access.

I have this issue as well.
I was trying to get data in and out of /Android/Data Even using windows explorer i can read the folders contents but can no longer do any write actions. Chat support told me to do a factory reset. I suspect this isnt going to fix the folder access permissions, but it hopefully will delete the data that using up all my space that i can no longer do anything with. Quite frustrating!
If windows explorer can't even see into the /Android/Data, then we will have a lot of Problems, games like Quest Craft, Ragnarock, Pavlov will have issues, unless they build mod-support inside themselves.
Ragnarock Concerns
Now Ragnarock, I can't see them building in a mod browser because of copyright concerns. So they would need a new place to write files, like /Documents/Mods/Ragnarock, but... it seems like if one app writes a file it's not visible to another. Even files written via usb are for a different app.
