Are there any plans to improve the quest pro exposure dynamic range?

quest pro passthru no longer works hand tracking etc. in bright light and on white background
This is very inconvenient when there is a white table etc.
I think it looks good enough if it's not overexposed, but is this on the improvement list? Or is it impossible due to hardware characteristics?
