Can Bluetooth be switched off and still have access to controllers?

Hi, I have a client that requested we ensure the Bluetooth is switched off on-site. Would the Quest controllers be still trackable/operable and how do you disable Bluetooth in the headset? Thank ...

We also need to disable all wireless, including bluetooth, for our sensitive clients.  We don't need controllers. How to disable all bluetooth / wireless?
