Can the Oculus Quest 2 be used without a phone or other mobile device?

Can the Oculus Quest 2 be operated and managed using a computer alone? We would have multiple student users for the devise and pairing the HMD with someones phone does not seem very practical.

Seems like the kinda think FaceBook would pull.
