Can't access gameplay recordings from non admin accounts?

We have created a secondary account on our Quest 2 for my son. He has made some in-game video recordings but the Quest will not allow us to connect it to a PC under his account so he can copy the recording off for editing. I have tried under my admin account but I cannot see any other user's data.

Is there a way accomplish this? If not, I think that this should be something to add in the future.
