Cant create promo code (SQL error)

I am getting this: 

GraphQL server responded with error 1675030

Error code: 675030

Trace ID DzPivAnC0pg
Did anyone experience something similar? This only happens with certain code words I am trying to use, others work but we need a specific one since we have used said word for all marketing materials already.
