Can't find oculus quest platform

Hi guys, I can't find oculus quest platform on platform dropdown, please help

    I think you must pass the concept review. Google for "Oculus App Submission and Store Review".

    There it says "Oculus Quest will only be available as an option if you have been approved as an Oculus Quest developer. See the banner on this page for more information."
