cant speak

i cant speak. so communicating on the quest 2 is impossible for me on all of the games i like to play. Is there some way for me to communicate .  is there an app where i can put a keyboard at the bottom of the screen. if not can one be made .If so can you add a feature to it. Like a few preset word buttons so i can add some words that i can hit a button so they just pop up. for games like iron rebellion and other games  like that. And will give me a voice. If so i would appericate it so much.. I know not alot of people have my problem so it seems like no one really thinks about it.
