Cinema 4D to Oculus Quest 2

Hi, I have just purchased an Oculus Quest 2. I was wondering does anyone know how to export either a Cinema 4D model or twin motion to Oculus Quest 2?

    Haven't tried it myself but would it need to be .fbx or .obj and into Gravity Sketch, or does Tilt Brush allow the same imports?
