Color Gamut

It isn't clear to me from the documentation. If I develop for Oculus Quest, should I change Color Gamut from 'Rift_CV1' to 'Rec_2020' or 'Quest'. If so, which one and why?

    This also don't make any sense to me!
    Documentation say Rec_2020 is the "most preferred color space to standardize colors across all Oculus devices", but then why is the default setting Rift_CV1, a device no longer sold??
