Developer mode quest still missing "Developer" and "Experiments" options - HELP!
Hi all, I have put 2 brand new Quests headsets into developer mode through the app.
I have even deployed my "unknown sources" APK onto the headsets no problem so they are definately in "Developer Mode". They are also updated to the latest software/firmware.
For some reason I cannot see the "Developer" and "Experiments" options in Settings -> See all. I have 2 other headsets on exactly the same software version etc and they have the options. Only difference is that ones showing it I bought 2 months ago.
I have tried restarting the headsets etc and toggling developer mode off and on again but no dice! Anyone know how I can get these options to appear (which they should in a developer mode quest)?
All headsets are on 358570.9320.0. I have attached two images. One from a headset with the options and one without. both are in developer mode and restarted.

- VJ76Protege[Solved] enable developer mode in the oculus app
- themicalExplorer@VJ76 As I wrote in my post. I have done that countless times. Turned Dev mode on and off, rebooted. It is in Dev mode and I am able to deploy (sideload) apps with ADB. So it isnt unfotunately solved :-(
- VJ76Protege@TimGM Enable dev mode in the oculus app on your mobile phone.
- Open the Oculus app on your mobile phone.
- In the Settings menu, select the Oculus Quest headset that you’re using for development.
- Select More Settings.
- Toggle Developer Mode on.
- SnorchHonored GuestI solved it by changing the langugage to English (US), then I could see the Developer mode option on my Quest. Maybe the language change triggers an UI update or something, or it is just available in this langauge (I had it in Spanish (Spain)).
- AnonymousSame problem here. After 10.1, UI unknows sources are disabled. Developer mode is on at device and language is in English too and nothing happening.
UPDATE: I think its problem can be from Oculus app and an issue with developer mode, OFF sometimes without user change. Android and iOs apps with problems. - frostwolfruaruaHonored Guesti have the same very problem and i dont know how to solve it, so i reset my quest to factory defaults and redo every thing, pair with my phone blah blah.... open developer mode, when it's done, i opened my quest but i cant find both "developer"in setting as well ass"unknown sources", then i restarted my quest, somehow both showed up.... really strange. The first time i update the quest with vpn and when it's done i instantly disconnected my vpn so quest can't connect to server to fully download the system settings or something like that, and the second time i did it with internet connected(blocked by gfw so via vpn),i think maybe this is caused by insufficient system updating maybe? try redo everything with internet connected maybe problem will be solved..
