Entitlement Fail

Hey guys - we've been experiencing an issue with our Quest title where quite a couple of users have been failing the entitlement check upon purchasing the game and launching for the first time, or after downloading an update. Not quite sure what we can do on our end to help these users. Has this happened to any one of you?

    @OculusStaffs, any updates on this? We have been receiving complaints from users that have this issue.
    Please advise.
