forgetting your pattern
good evening everyone,
i have an issue that when i follow your instructions when i forgot my pattern i have to go to the oculus app.
but when i try to connect the app and the headset it still asks me for a pattern soo how can i reset a pattern if i dont know the pattern.
i have read that there are a lot more cases like mine and i dont get how a big company like this can make such a huge mistake.
i hope you guys can fix this because im not factory resetting my quest.

I'm having the same problem did you have any luck getting into your account. I'm desperate and not sure what to do.
Hey there! We know dealing with a forgotten pattern is no fun whatsoever, but we have just the solution! The remedy to this is a factory reset, but fret not, because we have something called Cloud Backup! With this feature enabled; your game settings, content, and progress will be backed up, which allows you to easily pick up where you left off in a game!
