Game Convert Mixed Reality

I have developed games for Meta Quest before, and at that time I didn't have a Quest 3 device, so I developed them for virtual reality. However, some of my games are more suitable for mixed reality. Can I publish the mixed reality versions of my games as separate games? Is there any risk of penalty for this? What steps should I take?
