How do I pair a Test User with my Quest

Pairing works for my main developers account, but will not work when using a test user account. I just goes round the pairing/looking for headset loop in the Oculus App.
Is there any extra steps to take for the Quest and a Test User.
I am using an IPhone 6+

  • The main reason for this error when I encounter it is due to the following:
    • The Quest and your phone are not on the same wifi network as each other.
    • The account on the Quest does not match the account that is on the Oculus app on your phone.
    • Location permissions and or Bluetooth are not active.
    At the moment I have not found a way to link another account to the quest other then doing a factory reset of the Quest then adding the other account onto it.

    You should invite the test account into your group if not already, otherwise it won't see the app to test.

    Unfortunately I had tried a factory reset, using a different account on my phone, using a different phone that had not been used for Oculus before and wifi/bluetooth issues would prevent it pairing back to the main account. So I still have no idea how to get it working.
