How long should you really wear them before it hurts your eyes or hurt? your eyes for good

It's pretty new it's only a couple years old and then you keep on advancing. And then you have other issues I understand you're saying 2 hours but people you know are on it for 22 hours. Honest how long should you really be on it before your eyes are watering and blurring? 10 15 20 minutes an hour?

    It varies per individual. I once had a 4+ hours session without any eye fatigue.

    There is no established limit. And, as for everything in life, moderation is usually always a winning strategy.
